The waste tire crushing and recycling production line is for sorting the rubber, steel wire, and fiber inside the tire at normal temperature, achieving 100% recycling and reusing.This production line will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
The waste tire recycling production line can be designed according to customer requirements, recycling tires within the diameter range of 400-3000mm, with strong applicability. The discharge size can be controlled within the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h.
The production line adopts a PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain, and has the characteristics of low energy consumption and long service life.

Waste tire shredding and recycling technology scheme:
①The obtained waste tires are classified:steel tires and nylon tires(if conditions can be cleaned).
②The rim of the steel wire tire is removed by the rim separation equipment.Tires with a diameter of less than 900mm can be made without removing the rim.
③The tire with the cut ring(less than 900mm tire)is put into the double-shaft shredder through the conveyor into the rubber block of about 50mm and sent to the rubber block turnover bin.
④The rubber block in the turnover bin is put into the rubber breaking equipment unit through the conveyor belt for granulation and steel wire separation.The obtained colloidal particles are put into the colloidal turnover bin through the conveying equipment for use.

We will send our engineer team(At least one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer) to your country to help you to install the machine, and commission as well as training your workers.
