Pyrolysis Carbon Black machine description:

The coarse carbon black generated from the cracking of waste tires is sent to the transition silo after magnetic separation and crushing. Mix water and adhesive in a certain proportion in the mixing tank evenly.
The carbon black in the transition silo is mixed evenly with the liquid in the batching tank in a certain proportion before entering the granulator for wet granulation. After the completion of granulation, the carbon black enters the dryer and is fully dried before screening.
Large particles and fine powder, as unqualified particles, are crushed by a grain crusher and re granulated. The particles with moderate particle size are transported as qualified products to the packaging machine for packaging and storage.
