Pyrolysis module( tire pyrolysis reaction)

1. Cracking efficiency: 30T/day

2.Module operating pressure range: -1~0.5kpa; Temperature range: 420~500 ℃

3.The front and rear ends of the reactor are sealed with dynamic and static seals, ensuring the sealing of the system during operation. Emergency relief is set at the top of the sealed compartment to ensure the safety of the system operation

4.The internal spiral of the reactor is positive and negative, and after the tire is pyrolysised, the direction of the reactor's operation is reversed for slag discharge

Hot air heating module

1.Provides temperature for tire pyrolysis

2.Satisfy automatic switching of combustion between two fuels (natural gas and pyrolysis gas) in the same burner

3.Heating capacity: 300000 kcal/h, raw material is tire blocks, processing capacity is 30T/day

4.The design heating temperature requirement is not than 1000 ℃, ensuring that the working temperature of the reactor (gas phase inside the reactor) is ≤ 520 ℃

Condenser module

1.Condensing and collecting pyrolysis gas

2.Cooling effect: Except for non condensable cracking gas, all other oil and gas condense into heavy oil and light oil

3.Cooling efficiency: using rapid cooling spray device to efficiently separate oil, gas, and carbon black, avoiding blockages
