Working principle of cracking refining waste plastics:

Waste plastic is the type of high molecular weight polymer. After removing the sediment contained in waste plastic, put waste plastic in pyrolysis reactor for cracking reaction. the waste plastic is treated by catalytic cracking to break down into small molecules in the oil and gas state. after passing through the condenser, it becomes liquid and enters the distillation tower. after distillation, the mixed oil is produced, which can be further refined into diesel and gasoline.

Waste plastic cracking refining process flow:

1. When the waste plastics in the pyrolysis reactor are heated to suitable temperature, oil and gas will be generated;

2. The oil and gas generated by heating waste plastics are condensed into oil through condensation system and stored in oil tanks;

3. In the process of cracking waste plastics, in addition to oil and gas, there are also non condensable gases that can be reheated and used for heating in the waste plastic cracking reactor.

4. After all cracking processes are completed, cool the cracking reactor and discharge carbon black.
