Process flow of pyrolysis machine：

2. The furnace liner is made of specially designed high-temperature resistant boiler steel with service life of up to 10 years.
3. The equipment is equipped with an infrared anti blockage warning and unblocking device. 4. The slag removal system adopts dual cycle structure, which controls the slag removal time to about 2 hours. The slag is quickly and thoroughly discharged.
5. Adopting new type of exhaust gas purification system to ensure that the purified gas meets the relevant national emission standards.
6. Excess combustible gas is dehydrated, sulfur removed, and impurities removed by the purification system. After being compressed by a dedicated gas compressor, it is stored in gas storage tank and can be used for heating later on. It can also be supplied to gas generators for use or sale.
7. Add convection vents and rapid cooling devices to the main furnace, so that the temperature of the main furnace can drop below 100 degrees Celsius within 2 hours.
