Waste Tire Batch Type Pyrolysis Plant

Machine description:

Batch type pyrolysis plant is suitable for waste tires, waste rubber, waste acrylic, oil sludge, aluminum plastic, plastic, various types of household waste, etc. The biggest feature is that raw materials do not need to be crushed, and the equipment price is cheap.
The batch type waste tyre pyrolysis plant can convert wastetyres ,rubber , plastic into industrial fuels like Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black and Hydrocarbon Gas. The complete pyrolysis plant inlcuding six parts : feeding system , pyrolysis reactor , heating system , condensing system , dedusting system and carbon black discharging system.

The characteristics of batch type pyrolysis plant:
1) One furnace per day means that it can only be pyrolysis once a day
2) The process flow time is: feeding - using a hydraulic feeder (three hours), pyrolysis - (six hours required), cold furnace - (six hours required), slag discharge - (four hours required)
4) Finally, the iron wire inside needs to be pulled out. Please note that the iron wire needs to be pulled out after open the furnace door, as it will emit a lot of harmful gases and a large amount of particulate matter, fall scattered everywhere (there is no guarantee of environmental protection)
5)Produce once a day with a cycle of 18 hours
6)Simple cleaning is required after each production, which takes about 2 hours. The entire machine needs to be cleaned every month, and the cleaning is expected to take 1-2 days.
 

Pyrolysis plant parameter:

Fuel oil/carbon black/steel wire/incondensable gas using after pyrolysis:
1)Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc.
2)Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products.
3)Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting.
4)The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.
