Tire shredding and recycling production line is an effective way to solve the problem of waste tire. It realizes the environmentally friendly treatment of scrap tire, and the shredder adopts low-speed high torque shear structure to synchronously achieve crushing and shredding functions.
Structure of tire crushing and recycling production line:
1. Tire slitting machine (optional): Cut and separate the tire rim
3. Rim rolling machine (optional): Separate the tire rim steel wire
3. Conveyor (need): Conveying waste tires or rubber blocks
4. Dual axis shredder (need): Preliminary shredding of tires into rubber blocks (50mm-150mm)
5. Steel wire separator (need): Separate rubber and steel wire and process them into rubber particles (10mm-20mm)
6. Magnetic separator (need): Sorting steel wires from mixture of rubber and steel wires
7. Crusher (need): Crush the rubber particles to smaller size (1mm-7mm)
8. Vibration screen (need): Sort rubber particles of different sizes, and send oversized particles back to the crusher for secondary crushing
9. Grinding machine (need): Grind particles into powder (30-100 mesh)
10. Fiber separator (need): Remove foreign objects and fibers
11. Automatic bagging system (optional): Pack finished products
