Qingdao Longyuan Baihong Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.has the technology of recycling waste resources to build green ecological environment.We have established laboratory with Qingdao University to develop waste tire pyrolysis machine、carbon black equipment and oil pyrolysis machine,which has achieved Industry 4.0 Intelligence and automated production.

Our company mainly produces fully automatic waste tire shredding and pyrolysising production lines,waste rubber pyrolysis equipment,waste plastic pyrolysis machine,and oil sludge pyrolysis machine.

At the same time,our company integrates front-end processing,mid-range cracking machine,and back-end carbon black grinding and granulation,The entire production chain has achieved low energy consumption、fully intelligent、zero emission、zero pollution and zero residue,Realizing the reuse of green and environmentally friendly resources by recycling and pyrolysising waste tires.

Several waste tire recycling projects have been set up in various City of China,such as Hebei,Shanxi,Shandong,Jiangxi,Hunan,Hubei and Guangxi etc.The equipment has been exported to the United States,India,Bangladesh,Türkiye,Israel,Indonesia,Morocco,Chile and other countries.

We independently develop various core technologies to design and manufacture machine for the recycling and reuse of waste resources.
